Illinois HB3329 amends the Code of Civil Procedure to revive civil claims for sex offenses against adults barred by statute of limitations. The bill allows individuals who were 18 years of age or older at the time of the offense to bring a civil claim against the offender, even if the statute of limitations has expired.
