Illinois HB3317 amends the Collective Bargaining Freedom Act to permit employers licensed under the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act or the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act, along with labor organizations, to execute agreements requiring membership in a labor organization as a condition of employment. This applies throughout the entire state of Illinois and is authorized by the National Labor Relations Act.
