Digital Age Assurance Act mandates age verification for minors on digital platforms.

The Digital Age Assurance Act requires manufacturers to implement age verification for devices and provide age signals to websites and apps. Websites with mature content must block access for minors and offer parental support features. The Attorney General can enforce the Act and seek damages for violations. The Act aims to protect minors from mature content while safeguarding privacy. Effective January 1, 2026.
