Illinois HB3263 proposes a $100,000,000 annual increase in Prospective Payment System rates for Federally Qualified Health Centers starting July 1.

HB3263 amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to increase the Prospective Payment System rates for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) by $100,000,000 annually starting July 1, 2025, for the following ten years. The increase must use an alternative payment method acceptable to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and a trade association representing a majority of FQHCs in Illinois. The rate increase must be an equal percentage for each FQHC.
