Establishes the Emergency Medical Service Response Task Force to study and recommend solutions for slow ambulance and EMS response times, especially.

The Emergency Medical Service Response Task Force is created to investigate and provide recommendations on slow and dangerous response times for ambulance and emergency medical services, particularly in rural communities. The Task Force will study and recommend solutions on various aspects of the response time crisis, including sustainability of EMS systems, regulatory burdens, staffing issues, and revenue shortfalls. The Task Force will submit its final report to the General Assembly and the Governor by September 1, 2026, after which it will be dissolved.
