Illinois HB3178 amends the Digital Voice and Likeness Protection Act to deem unenforceable certain agreements involving digital replicas of individuals' voices or likenesses. This applies to new performances fixed on or after January 1, 2026, if the agreement does not include a reasonably specific description of the intended uses of the digital replica.
