Requires annual updates to rate sheets for home and community-based services providers.
Amends the Department of Human Services Act to mandate that the Department of Human Services provide each provider of home and community-based services with an updated, detailed rate sheet at least annually for each funded client. Additionally, within 45 days of any provider-based information submission that changes a client's reimbursement rate, the Department must issue an updated rate sheet. Each rate sheet must include full transparency of the rate calculator formula used to determine the rate for each client served by the provider.
