Illinois HB3107 amends the Liquor Control Act to adjust self-distribution exemptions for wine-makers and manufacturers. It removes restrictions on the amount of wine that can be produced to be eligible for a self-distribution exemption and removes restrictions on the amount of wine that can be transferred to retailers. The bill also adjusts the production limits for certain wine-makers and manufacturers, allowing them to self-distribute their products to retailers without impairing the integrity of the 3-tier system.
