Amends the Grocery Initiative Act to define "independently owned" and "local ownership.

The bill amends the Grocery Initiative Act by defining "independently owned" as an applicant owning no more than 4 grocery stores in municipalities with less than 1,000,000 people or no more than 10 stores in larger municipalities, with a maximum of 500 or 1,500 employees respectively. "Local ownership" means primary ownership is located within Illinois. The definitions aim to clarify eligibility for the Grocery Initiative Act.
