Establishes a voluntary statewide registry for individuals with access and functional needs to aid emergency planning and response.

The Access and Functional Needs Individual Registry Act creates a statewide database for individuals who may require additional assistance during emergencies. The Secretary of State, in consultation with local emergency management agencies, will establish and maintain this registry. It will collect information such as names, contact details, residence, and specific needs of individuals. Public safety partners will use this data to enhance preparedness and response efforts. Individuals can voluntarily enroll through various platforms and can opt out or update their information at any time.
