Illinois HB2807 restricts video gaming location advertising to specific locations.
Illinois HB2807 amends the Video Gaming Act to limit where video gaming locations can advertise. A licensee may not use physical advertisements outside the gaming location or on off-premises billboard signs unless the advertisement is directly and permanently affixed to a building on the video gaming location or on a permanent pole sign that is permanently affixed to a foundation. This restriction does not apply in the first 90 days after a video gaming location is issued a license.
