The task force will analyze taxes and economic incentives, research trends, examine national best practices, assess industry clusters, and recommend policy solutions. The task force will submit an initial report within 12 months and periodic updates. The task force will dissolve five years after the act's effective date, and the act will be repealed on January 1, 2032.
