The Task Force includes members appointed by the State Board, the Secretary of State, the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House. The Task Force will submit recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly within 12 months of its first meeting. The Task Force is dissolved upon submission of its report.
