Establishes the Native to Illinois Labeling Program to certify plants and seeds native to Illinois.

The Native to Illinois Labeling Program Act establishes a certification program for plants and seeds native to Illinois within the Department of Agriculture. Producers must apply for certification and comply with labeling requirements, including the scientific and common names of the plant, the native county or ecoregion, and the producer's name. The Department may require third-party certification and has investigatory powers to enforce compliance.
