Creates the offense of first responder endangerment in commercial properties.

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 by adding a new section that criminalizes the act of knowingly creating and concealing a dangerous condition in a commercial property under one's management or operational control. This offense becomes a Class 4 felony if the dangerous condition results in the death or serious bodily injury of a first responder in the course of their official duties. The bill defines key terms such as "dangerous condition," "management or operational control," and "first responder." The new offense is named the Daniel Capuano Memorial Act.
