HB2380 amends the Electric Vehicle Rebate Act by changing the rebate application process. Beginning July 1, 2026, the rules adopted under the Act will establish one rebate application cycle for each State fiscal year. Each cycle will last for one fiscal year, during which the Agency will accept rebate applications and issue rebates. The rules must be consistent with the Clean Air Act and related regulations.
