Illinois HB2375 amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to update the supportive living facilities program. The bill requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to establish and provide oversight for a program of supportive living facilities. Beginning January 1, 2026, the Department must electronically publicize a list of supportive living facilities sites selected in accordance with the program. The bill also mandates that the rate differential for dementia care must be maintained in these rates and the rates shall be updated whenever nursing facility per diem rates are updated.
