HB2355 amends the Counties Code to permit Kane County to lease real estate for athletic purposes if the property was used for such purposes before the county acquired it. The lease must allow any organization that used the land at the time of the lease to continue using it for the same purposes and require the county to continue employing any persons who provided services on the land at the time the lease is executed. This provision applies to leases entered into after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
