The Illinois Drug Reuse Opportunity Program Act is amended to require the Illinois Department of Public Health to develop, maintain, and publish information on its website about pharmacies participating in the program. The Department must also educate pharmacies about the program and how to participate, develop educational materials for participants and the public, and collect information from participants to publish in an annual report to the General Assembly. Records maintained under the Act are accessible by the Department upon request.
