Establishes the Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Program in Illinois to fund equipment for higher ethanol and biodiesel blends.

The bill establishes the Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Program in Illinois, administered by the Department of Agriculture. It creates a Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Fund to accept moneys from any lawful source. The fund will be used to award grants to petroleum marketers, petroleum terminal operators, and other eligible companies for installing equipment for higher ethanol and biodiesel blends. The bill also creates a Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Task Force to consult with stakeholders and review the program.
