The bill amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 to modify court review procedures for minors in custody. It mandates that the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services file updated case plans with the court every 7 months. The court may require any legal custodian or guardian of the minor to make a full report on the minor's condition and actions taken in response to incidents. The Independent Juvenile Ombudsperson must provide a copy of the report to the minor's court-appointed guardian ad litem.
