Illinois HB1802 requires public service companies to report recorded votes to the Illinois Commerce Commission.

Illinois HB1802 amends the Public Utilities Act to mandate that public service companies, which are members of a Regional Transmission Organization, submit an annual report to the Illinois Commerce Commission. The report must detail all recorded votes cast by the public service company and its affiliates during the preceding calendar year, regardless of whether the votes were previously disclosed.
