Illinois HB1641 amends the Illinois Identification Card Act to revise the procedures for issuing identification cards. The Secretary of State must issue a limited-term Illinois Identification Card valid for 90 days to a person upon conditional release or absolute discharge if they present required documents. The Secretary of State shall issue a standard Illinois Identification Card to a person upon conditional release or absolute discharge if they present required documents and their demographic information matches an existing Illinois Identification Card or Illinois driver's license.
