Requires law enforcement agencies to report information about each seizure and forfeiture of property to the Illinois State Police within 60 days after December 31 of the year in which the property is seized or forfeited. Requires the Illinois State Police to establish a public case tracking system and searchable database with annual aggregate data for each law enforcement agency. Requires the Illinois State Police to submit a written report to the General Assembly, Attorney General, and Governor summarizing activity in the state for the preceding year and post aggregate data on its website.
