HB1388 amends the Illinois Gambling Act by allowing the Illinois Gaming Board to either let retired sworn law enforcement personnel keep their existing identification cards with a "RETIRED" stamp or issue them new cards indicating their retirement. If a card is lost or stolen, the Board must reissue a replacement. The Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
