Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow specific emergency vehicles to use certain lights and sirens.

The bill amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow the use of red or white oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights on vehicles owned or operated by volunteer firefighters and volunteer EMS providers, but only when responding to an emergency call or parked at the scene of an emergency. It also allows the use of blue oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights on these vehicles under the same conditions. Additionally, it permits the use of sirens, whistles, or bells on vehicles operated by volunteer firefighters or volunteer EMS providers when responding to an emergency call.
