Illinois HB1122 mandates facilities to notify the Department of Human Services of emergency calls, regardless of outcomes.

Illinois HB1122 amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. It requires any facility licensed under this Act to notify the Department of Human Services when emergency calls are made from the facility. This requirement applies regardless of whether the Office of the Inspector General has substantiated the allegations or if the call resulted in a criminal charge, arrest, or incarceration.
