Requires college students to provide proof of Tdap vaccination or a recent dose if they cannot show full vaccination history.

Beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year, students enrolling in post-secondary institutions must provide proof of at least three doses of a diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine. If they cannot show full vaccination history, they must provide proof of a dose within the last 10 years. Additional doses may be required based on the CDC catch-up schedule. Exemptions apply for those enrolled before the act's effective date, part-time students, and those whose studies are outside a classroom. Medical and religious exemptions are also allowed.
