Idaho S1364 amends the expiration rules for temporary administrative rules.

Idaho S1364 amends existing law to revise the expiration rules for temporary administrative rules. Temporary rules not approved by a concurrent resolution will now expire either by their own terms or at the adjournment sine die of the next succeeding regular session of the legislature on June of the year following the temporary rule's adoption, whichever date is earlier. Pending fee rules not approved by a concurrent resolution will expire upon adjournment sine die of the legislative session during which the agency submits the pending fee rule to the legislature for review.
