Idaho S1351 amends state law to make certain rejected gubernatorial appointees ineligible for reappointment for one year.

Idaho S1351 amends Section 59-904 of the Idaho Code to establish that if the Senate expressly rejects a gubernatorial appointee, the rejected individual will be ineligible for reappointment to the same position for one year following the rejection.
