Idaho S1276 amends existing law to revise a date and remove a sunset provision regarding the reemployment of certain retired members. The bill modifies the conditions under which a retired member can be considered to have continued in the status of an employee and not to have separated from service. It also addresses the repayment of benefit payments and the resumption of retirement allowance payments. The changes will be in full force and effect after July 1, 2026.
