Idaho H0926 amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the formation of community infrastructure districts. The bill specifies that only community infrastructure to be publicly owned by the state or a political subdivision may be financed. It allows districts to be formed by a city within its incorporated area, by a county within a city's comprehensive plan with the city's consent, or by a county outside of a city's comprehensive plan.
