Amends Idaho Code to revise definitions of candy and soda for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

This bill amends Idaho Code to revise definitions of "candy" and "soda" for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. "Candy" is defined as shelf-stable baking chocolate, excluding items like baked goods and baking ingredients. "Soda" is defined as any nonalcoholic beverage with natural or artificial sweeteners, excluding beverages with milk, over 50% vegetable or fruit juice, requiring preparation, sports drinks, oral rehydration solutions, or those providing necessary nutrition.
