Idaho H0891 amends existing law to provide procedures for the credit and refund of sales taxes erroneously paid. It allows sellers to credit or seek a refund from the state tax commission for sales taxes refunded to buyers, subject to certain conditions. The bill also declares an emergency and specifies that it will be in full force and effect from July 1, 2026.
