Establishes the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee.

The bill creates the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund, which will receive moneys from the federal rural health transformation program grant. These funds will be used for federally approved rural health transformation program purposes. The bill also establishes the Rural Health Transformation Committee, which will consist of nine members appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the governor. The committee will oversee the fund, establish rules, and make recommendations to the legislature on the use of funds.
