Idaho H0855 amends the law to revise the fees and eligibility for lifetime hunting and fishing licenses. The bill sets different fees for lifetime licenses based on the applicant's age. For example, those aged one day to one year must pay 25 times the fee for a combined hunting and fishing license. Those aged 51 and older pay 20 times the fee. The bill also declares an emergency and specifies that the act will be in full force as of July 1, 2026.
