Idaho H0850 amends and repeals existing law to remove provisions relating to Medicaid eligibility expansion. The bill amends Section 31-3502, Idaho Code, to exclude certain individuals from financial assistance eligibility. It also repeals Sections 56-267 and 56-2205, Idaho Code, which previously addressed Medicaid eligibility expansion and legislative approval limits. The changes take full force and effect on January 1, 2028.
