Idaho H0846 amends existing law to revise provisions regarding student enrollment counts. The bill mandates that the state board of education promulgate rules for determining student enrollment counts by school, school district, and statewide. It specifies that full-time enrollment (FTE) is based on enrollment in any school district or public charter school. A student cannot exceed a total of one (1.0) unweighted FTE in a single school year, except for certain exceptions.
