Revises the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs to remove obsolete provisions and update membership terms.

The bill amends the Idaho Code to revise the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs. It removes obsolete provisions and updates the terms for the commission's members. The commission consists of nine members, with two appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate, two by the speaker of the house, and five public members selected from the Hispanic community. The governor appoints the public members, with terms varying from one to three years. The changes are effective from July 1, 2026.
