Adds provisions to Idaho Code to require health benefit plans to cover certain fertility preservation services for individuals undergoing cancer treatments that may cause impaired fertility. This includes the collection and preservation of sperm, unfertilized oocytes, and ovarian tissue. The act declares an emergency and will be effective July 1, 2026.
