Idaho H0811 amends law to allow community infrastructure districts to impose fees for fire protection and emergency medical services.

Idaho H0811 amends existing law to allow community infrastructure districts formed after January 1, 2026, to impose an annual fee for fire protection services and emergency medical services. The fee can be imposed on each residential property for up to five years. The fee proceeds must be used solely to pay for or offset the costs of fire protection services and emergency medical services.
