Idaho H0795 revises the definitions of "obscene material" and "lewd matter" in Idaho Code. The bill specifies that obscene material appeals to the prurient interest and depicts offensive sexual acts or functions. It also clarifies that lewd matter includes obscene material and excludes breastfeeding or expressing breast milk. The changes take effect on July 1, 2026.
