Idaho H0775 amends the Idaho Code to revise exemptions for personal property in bankruptcy cases. The bill modifies the exemption for one motor vehicle, regardless of its operability, insurability, or registration status, to a value not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Other exemptions include jewelry, life insurance contracts, firearms, household furnishings, and disposable earnings. The changes are effective July 1, 2026.
