It prohibits organizations from concealing, harboring, or shielding aliens from detection, promoting or advertising shelter, financial support, or legal assistance to aliens, or encouraging aliens to come to or reside in Idaho. Violations can result in fines and the revocation of business licenses and permits. Law enforcement agencies, first responders, and licensed medical professionals are exempt from these provisions when acting in their official capacity.
