Idaho H0763 prohibits state-managed funds from investing in foreign adversaries.

Idaho H0763 adds a new chapter to the Idaho Code to prohibit state-managed funds from investing in foreign adversaries. The bill defines "foreign adversary" as any country or entity engaged in activities harmful to U.S. national security. It prohibits new investments in these adversaries starting July 1, 2026. The act also bans state-managed funds from depositing public funds in banks domiciled in foreign adversaries.
