Idaho H0708 amends the Homeowner's Association Act to establish automatic dissolution provisions for homeowner's associations.

Idaho H0708 amends the Homeowner's Association Act to establish automatic dissolution provisions for homeowner's associations. If members do not vote against it, a homeowner's association will dissolve after ten years. The assets will transfer to a successor entity, lot owners, or local government. The bill also mandates that homeowner's associations hold a meeting to allow members to vote against automatic dissolution. If a majority vote against it, the dissolution will not occur.
