Idaho H0615 amends existing law to revise provisions regarding disturbing the peace. The bill updates the definition to include malicious and willful disturbances of the peace or quiet of any religious gathering, house of worship, funeral, or memorial service. It also specifies that such disturbances are guilty of a misdemeanor. The act declares an emergency and states it shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 2026.
