Prohibits wearing masks or disguises during criminal offenses and provides for sentencing enhancements.
Adds a new section to Idaho Code to make it unlawful to wear a mask or disguise while committing a crime. Violators face enhanced penalties, including fines up to $2,500, imprisonment up to one year, or both. This enhancement applies in addition to any other penalties for the underlying offense. The act also declares that its provisions are severable and declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2026.
