The Office of Planning and Sustainable Development is requested to assess the projected maximum infrastructure capacity around transit-oriented development areas in Honolulu. This includes evaluating the current capacity of sewer and water infrastructure. The assessment will be conducted in consultation with the Hawaii Community Development Authority, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, and the City and County of Honolulu. The goal is to identify necessary improvements and investments to accommodate anticipated growth.
