This bill authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue three perpetual, non-exclusive easements for existing drainage lines on state submerged lands at Waialae, Honolulu, Oahu. The easements cover approximately 12,700 square feet and are intended for the existing drainage lines from the Kahala Hotel & Resort, including one stormwater outfall and two lagoon outfalls. The easements allow for the use, operation, repair, and maintenance of the existing improvements constructed on the state submerged lands.
